No-show and expedite appointments requests

To submit a no-show request, log into your account and click on "Continue" and select the option "Missed my appointment". You must include the reason why you missed your interview, and the Consular team will review your request. If accepted, you may schedule a new interview.

To submit an expedite request, you must have an appointment already scheduled for the first available date. On the Applicant Summary Page click on "Continue" and select the option "Request Expedite". Your request must include a) Date of the desired emergency travel to the United States; b) A description of the emergency travel; c) An explanation of why you did not apply for an interview sooner; d) If you are applying for a student visa, you must include your SEVIS number in the emergency travel description.
