The SMS Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”) is entered into between CSRA on behalf of itself and Subscriber (“You”).
The Terms of Service sets forth the terms and conditions under which CSRA agrees to provide and You agree to receive SMS Text Messages (“SMS Messaging”). By using SMS Messaging You acknowledge that You have read and agree to be bound by the Terms of Service, unless you opt out of further SMS Messaging.
By agreeing to and using the Service, You (i) represent and warrant that You are at least 18 years of age and (ii) agree that you are the authorized account holder of the carrier which issued Your mobile telephone number.
In offering the Service, CSRA agrees to: (i) comply with these Terms of Service; and (ii) process unsubscribe or opt-out requests received from You in a timely manner.
DELIVERY OF MESSAGES
Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator and may vary depending on Your network and carrier.. CSRA is not liable for any delays in the delivery and/or receipt of text messages.
ACCEPTANCE NOT MANDATORY FOR PURCHASE
Use of SMS Messaging is not required as a condition of any purchase from CSRA.
CSRA does not charge You fees to receive text messages; however, standard message and data rates may apply to all user mobile usage from your telecommunications provider. You agree to be fully responsible for all such charges, fees and amounts.
SUPPORTED CELL PHONE CARRIERS
This Service is available if you use one of the supported cell phone carriers.
SAFETY OF MESSAGES
You understand that text messages we send may be seen by anyone with access to Your phone. Accordingly, you should take steps to safeguard Your phone and Your text messages if You want your visa related alert events to be secure.
UPDATE TO TERMS
Changes. From time to time, CSRA may, at its sole discretion, revise this Terms of Service and those agreements referenced herein. Such modifications will become effective when posted. We encourage You to revisit the SMS Terms of Service frequently.
CSRA may suspend or terminate Your right to use SMS Messaging at any time without notice and for any or no reason and without liability.
Data obtained from You in connection with the Service includes Your cell phone number, content of the text message (including date, time and location) and any other information that is provided as a result of engaging in SMS Messaging.
