There are no special processes or procedures for scheduling groups in Canada. A group of 10 applicants or less traveling together to the United States can create an account and schedule through the normal nonimmigrant visa process. The maximum number of applicants that can be scheduled together is 10 people. If the number of applicants in the group exceeds 10 people, you can create multiple groups of 10 or less using the same user account. However, depending on the availability of appointments, there is no guarantee that multiple groups will be scheduled together at the same date and time.
If you are not able to find an available appointment date for a group, try to reduce the number of applicants applying together.
